Two Workout Programs for Every Fitness Level

I have put together two 8 week programs to make sure that I cover every persons level and needs. One of the programs is bodyweight only so that you don't have to worry about any equipment. The other program requires Kettlebell, Sliders, and Power band. Basic equipment for home use. Both programs are effective for fat loss, it just gives you more variety and options.

Hi, my name is Zuzka Light

I’ve been a fitness professional for the past 16 years helping people achieve their fitness goals and transform their bodies and health for the better. I have published a book 15 Minutes To Fit, created over 15 fitness DVD’s (back when people still used DVD players), and worked with big names in the industry such as Jillian Michaels or Lorna Jane. I’m the founder of ZGYM fitness - online subscription program that has attracted thousands of members from all over the world. After I graduated as Integrative Nutrition Coach I’ve published 4 very popular meal plans and wrote many articles around nutrition . My career and passion for learning has lead me to explore all types of holistic approaches to optimum health. I’ve studied and took various courses on hormones, gut health, nervous system, lymphatic system, mobility, postural therapy and more. I have also graduated as an 
RTT Therapist / Hypnotherapist and have been working with people from all walks of life that come to me with various issues.

I’m passionate about continuously improving the way I serve people and my clients and my motivation has always been to create the most effective program for one of the most common issues that my clients have: weight loss.
I believe that the most common approach of fitness professionals towards weight loss lacks many of the most important aspects and strategies that can actually make a difference in people’s lives and their weight loss progress. 
For example, what is the point of telling a client to take supplements or vitamins if their body is not able to absorb nutrients even from food? And if your body is not efficient in absorbing important nutrients, how does it affect their appetite, cravings, and sleep? And if you’re not sleeping well, how does it affect your hormones? And did you know that if you’re lymphatic system is out of whack, then it’s going to be quite difficult to lose weight? Oh, and what role does neuro plasticity and my own believes play in weight loss? It turns out, quite substantial.
Can you see that everything in the body is connected and that’s why some people can’t see any results when it comes to weight loss, even when they start exercising and dieting? I’ve been very interested in getting deeper and connecting all the dots.
And that’s what this program is all about. It’s about giving you more holistic picture and help you to get your mind and body work towards your ideal weight as a team.
