Important:

These are the terms and conditions upon which we provide “zgymchallenge.com” website and services provided by Zuzka Light Productions LLC. By accessing the site, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you don not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use or access the site.

Who are Zuzka Light Productions LLC

  1. The entity running and administering this competition is Zuzka Light Productions LLC (“ZLP”), a limited liability corporation registered in Delaware USA.

What is the ZGYM Weight Loss Program / Challenge 2023?

  1. The ZGYM Weight Loss Program / Challenge 2023 is a 1 year long competition (“challenge”) based on an 8-week educational Program period (“Program”), hosted and operated by ZLP. During the program period, participants will be provided training, nutrition advice, motivational and mindset support. To enter the challenge (the competition part of this program), participants will need to submit before and after images and testimonials. 
  2. The start date of the challenge is January 1st, 2022. The closing date for entries to the challenge is December 31th, 2023. Winners will be selected on January 31st, 2024.

To be eligible to win the prizes:

1. To enter the challenge and be eligible to win, participants must send their before and after photos as well as testimonials before the closing date (December 31th, 2023) via email to: [email protected]

2. Entry is open to the challenge participants, aged 18+ only. Participant is anyone who purchased this program. 

3. Employees of Zuzka Light Productions LLC or members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter the challenge. 

TESTIMONIAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Submissions must be in English or provide an English translation.
  2. Submissions must include the following formats: before and after photos, your goals and what you achieved. 
  3. The before & after photos must include proof-of-date on when these photos were taken. The before photo must be taken before January 1st, 2023 and the after photo during the month of December 2023. The acceptable proof-of-date on the photo are: Participant holding a sign with a date on it. *Images with digitally added dates will not be considered eligible. 
  4. Participants agree too and understand that Submissions may be made available to the public, including but not limited to posting on the Internet. Whether or not Submissions are published on the Internet, ZLP does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any Submission. 

FAQ's: 

Q: Do I have to show my face on the before & after photos? 

A: No. You can wear a mask to cover your face, however you will have to wear the same exact mask on all photos to ensure consistency. 

Q: Can I keep my name private?

A: Yes. Any images that we share online or elsewhere, will only have first names and last name’s initial. You can request that we don’t use your name at all. You can use an alias instead.

Q: Do I have to wear any specific type of clothing on the before & after photos?

A: We ask the participants who want to be considered to be chosen as winners of the challenge to wear bathing suit or short athletic shorts and a sports bra. In other words; clothing that is not a spandex or can’t be used over spandex. 

Q: What do the before & after pictures must have in-order to be eligible and have a chance to win?

A: In both photos you must hold a sign that clearly shows the dates on which these photos were taken. These photos must show that the same person in both photos. That can be done in various ways. Use the same background, same clothes, same mask if used, or make sure to show your tattoo on both pictures. We also recommend that your pictures are high quality with good lighting. Poorly taken pictures with bad quality and weird angles will most likely not make the cut. 

Q: When do I have to take and email the photos and my testimonial?

A: Make sure that you take your before photos no sooner than December 25th, 2022, and no later then January 1st, 2023 (for your own benefit). Take your after photos in December 2023. 

Email us your before & after photos and your testimonial by December 31st, 2023.

What Prizes can be won?

1x $3000 - 1st place

1x $2000 - 2nd place

1x $1000 - 3rd place

  1. Prizes can not be transferred, or exchanged.
  2. Prizes are given without any warranty (express or implied) and the winner is solely responsible for additional charges, one-off or on-going payments and any relevant State or National taxes, not expressly covered in the “what prizes can be won" description.
  3. Prizes can be delivered via PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or check (by mail). 

How will winners be chosen?

  1. The winners will be chosen by a panel of challenge judges chosen by ZLP.
  2. The winners will be announce via “Zuzka Light” social media. Winners will also be contacted via the email address provided at entry (purchase) of the ZGYM Weight Loss Program / Challenge 2023. Winners have 14 business days to contact [email protected] and claim their prize.
  3. For sudden, unforeseen circumstances, ZLP will aim to administer leniency on a case-by-case basis, however this cannot be guaranteed.
  4. Once the participant(s) have claimed their Prize, they will be notified of further details. 

RELEASE

  1. By entering the ZGYM Weight Loss Program / Challenge 2023, participants give permissions to ZLP to use their name, likeness, voice, video and biographical information in marketing material including but not limited to; Online, Social Media, Television, Print, Out-Of-Home. This use is perpetual, royalty-free and non-exclusive.
  2.  By uploading the Submission, Participant agrees, for zero compensation, to grant to ZLP all intellectual property rights in the Submission and each of its constituent parts, which rights include, without limitation, ZLP’s right to publish, make available to the public and/or reproduce the Submission through any media available for the purpose of administering and conducting the Challenge. In addition, Participant warrants that any so called “moral rights” in the Submission have been waived and Participant acknowledges and agrees that ZLP may use any ideas from any Submission or other submitted materials, whether or not Participant has been awarded a prize in connection with any such Submission or other materials.
  3. Submission of photos, videos, audio and biographical information constitutes participants consent for ZLP to use and publish content and information with appropriate credit. 
  4. Email and internet access will be required to enter the contest. No refunds    may be claimed for any expenses incurred relating to the use of an email account or internet connection for the purpose of entering the contest. 

PAYMENT AGREEMENT

Terms of Agreement

The money (detailed on your transaction and receipt) will be paid in full or in a series of payments, via your credit/debit card, as outlined in your transaction, and the specific terms of the agreement. By purchasing a product with payment plan terms, you hereby authorize ZLP to charge these installments to your credit card and further understand and agree: that this payment is non-refundable; not to dispute this charge under any circumstance or in any manner with your bank or any merchant processor; and, that your purchase is subject to the Company’s terms and conditions.

In the event of default of the agreed repayment terms, you accept liability for all costs incurred by ZLP in recovery due to your breach of the agreed repayment terms. Such costs may include, but not be limited to, a Letter Before Action, Debt Collection Agents fees, Interest and Late Payment Compensation per Invoice of $60.00. You also acknowledge and agree that a default in payment shall result in the suspension of your access to the Program until your account is made current.

Payments

You agree to pay any applicable surcharge on payments made by credit card.

Unless otherwise stated, all amounts shown on our website are in US dollars. The currency and amount will be displayed before you make your payment.We do not store your financial information on our platform. Our third party service provider, Stripe or PayPal (which ever you used to make the purchase), will store your details and will use these details for each successive billing period. Refunds & Cancelations

You can ask for a refund up to 48 hours after the purchase of the program. No refunds will be issued after that.

DISCLAIMER

The Program is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute the practice of medicine, nursing or other professional health care services, including the giving of medical advice, and no doctor/patient relationship is formed. LIABILITY

  1.  ZLP is not responsible for any personal injury, damages or losses to participants.
  2.  ZLP will not be held responsible for any personal injury, damages or loss of the Prize once the Participant has received it.
  3.  ZLP is not responsible for any expenses incurred in the production and delivery of the Submissions.

You acknowledge that the content is made available to you for your personal use only and that you may download the content onto one computer hard drive. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, publish, commercially exploit or create derivative works of the content. For the avoidance of doubt, you may not market, sell, or use any of Zuzka Light’s (ZLP) products or programs for your own commercial purposes (i.e. as part of your business).

WARANTY

The site and the content (which includes content that is supplied to us by third parties either directly or indirectly) is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and we make no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, in relation to the site or the content, including but not limited to, implied warranties or conditions or completeness, accuracy, satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose.

Availability of the site
You acknowledge that it is technically impossible to provide the site free of faults and that we do not undertake to do so; that faults may lead to temporary unavailability of the site; and that the operation of the site may be adversely affected by conditions and performances outside our control, including, without limitation, transmission and telecommunications links between us and you and between us and other systems and networks.

All content included on this Website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of ZLP or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this Website is the exclusive property of ZLP and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.  

ZLP name and other ZLP logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks, registered trademarks or trade dress of ZLP or its affiliates in the U.S. and/or other countries. ZLP’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not that of the ZLP, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits ZLP. All other trademarks not owned by ZLP or its affiliates that appear on this Website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be connected to or sponsored by ZLP or its affiliates. 

The Website is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of ZLP. You shall have only the limited rights with respect to the Website as expressly granted in this Agreement, and all rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by ZLP. ZLP reserves the right to modify or to discontinue the Website and any products or services provided by ZLP hereunder, with or without notice to You. ZLP shall not be liable to You in the event that ZLP exercises its rights under this Section.

Any unauthorized use, distribution or reproduction of the product or services of  ZLP are not permitted, shall constitute a violation of law, and shall entitle ZLP to, in addition to any other remedy at law or equity, injunctive relief. The materials of ZLP may be embedded with a digital watermark specific to what you have been provided.
